Applied AI
Bringing AI into industrial automation — practical, domain-specific applications grounded in the controls and plant data we already work with.
Industrial AI earns its place when it answers a question an operator actually has — why this machine keeps tripping, which asset to service first, what changed before the alarm — and stays out of the way otherwise. It also has to respect where it sits: control decisions belong in the PLC, where behaviour is deterministic and verifiable. We treat AI as a layer above the control system, not a replacement for it, and we will say plainly when a problem is better solved with a rule, a better sensor, or fixing the underlying process. Our starting point is a feasibility assessment against your existing systems rather than a platform purchase.
What's included
- AI applied to existing PLC and SCADA installations
- Computer vision for inspection and condition monitoring
- Natural-language access to plant data and maintenance records
- Decision support for operators, with humans retained in the loop
- Feasibility assessment before committing to a build
