We sell judgement, not a platform
Most automation firms are tied to the product line they resell, so their recommendation is decided before they see your site. Our engineers work across Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi without a stake in any of them — so we specify what actually fits the project, and we'll tell you when the cheaper system is the right one.
We maintain systems we didn't install
Because we aren't defending our own product, we take on whatever is already in the building. We maintain Honeywell building management and fire alarm systems at Millenia Walk, Millenia Tower, Capitol Piazza, and Equity Plaza — none of which we supplied. A platform vendor can't make that offer.
