Process Automation
PLC and control system design, programming, and integration that keep industrial processes running reliably and efficiently — delivered by engineers working across multiple vendor platforms, so recommendations are based on what fits the job, not what we're locked into selling.
Process automation at Unifab means the full control stack: specifying the platform, writing the PLC logic, integrating it with SCADA and field devices, and proving it works at commissioning. The systems we have delivered — plant management and control systems, local sequential controllers, water reclamation plant SCADA, high-voltage substation control, and SIL2-rated safety systems — are industrial process control, built on Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron. Those are the same platforms and the same disciplines that machine, equipment, and production-line automation runs on, which is why our engineers move between infrastructure and industrial plant work without changing toolset. Because we don't resell any of these platforms, the choice of which to use is made on cost and fit for your process, not on what we carry.
